Position Overview:

As a Customer Service Representative at TaskPluto, you play a crucial role in our commitment to providing exceptional service to our clients’ customers. Your dedicated to consistently displaying patience, empathy and professionalism in each interaction making a lasting impression. Your passion for going above and beyond, combined with in-depth product knowledge, contributes to a positive customer experience. 

We are seeking a successful candidate with strong written and verbal communication skills, along with a substantial background in customer-facing roles for North American companies. This role is customer-centric and high-profile, demanding excellent relationship management skills and technical expertise. 

Key Responsibilities:
Tasks may include, but are not limited to: 
  • Handle incoming customer inquiries through various communication channels such as phone, email, and more.
  • Address inquiries related to products, billing, and service requests. 
  • Record and document customer interactions and feedback for reference and analysis.
  • Generate and present routine reports on customer service metrics and trends, contributing to service enhancement.
  • Proactively reach out to customers to gather feedback, offer assistance, and promote company products or services.
  • Investigate and resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and effectively.
  • Identify process improvement opportunities to mitigate recurring problems and enhance operational efficiency.
  • Assist customers in placing orders, tracking shipments, and managing returns and refunds.
  • Monitor and engage with customers on social media platforms. Respond to comments, messages, and reviews.
  • Provide technical support to customers encountering product or service-related challenges.  
  • Collaborate with the sales team to deliver product information and support throughout the sales process. 
Qualifications & Skills 
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferably in Mass Communications, Management, or equivalent.
  • Able to work Canadian hours.
  • 2+ years of experience in a customer service support role. 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, Google Suite, CRM systems, and project management softwares.  
  • Capable of maintaining composure, quick thinking, and demonstrating sound judgement in high-pressure situations. 
  • Familiarity with ticketing systems.
  • Ability to excel in working independently, while also thriving in a collaborative team environments. 
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills including, written, verbal and presentation. 
  • Ability to effectively identify problems and opportunities, evaluating potential solutions, and achieving desired outcomes. 
  • Superior organizational skills, adept at multitasking, setting priorities, and thriving under pressure to meet deadlines. 
  • Dedicated to delivering exceptional customer service, with a passion for ensuring customer and client satisfaction and a track record of going above and beyond to meet their needs.
